Together, they’ve created two poetic films — Empty Cup and Praxis — alongside a short-format piece documenting her workshop Movement That Touches Us.

Through these works, Filhaal seeks to reflect the depth of Kirti’s engagement with movement, awareness, and the living body.

‘Empty Cup’ is a reflection on Kirti Verma’s practice and philosophy — an attempt to express the essence of her approach to movement, awareness, and presence.

Through the film, Filhaal Collective explores stillness as an act of openness — where unlearning becomes a path to discovery, and the body a vessel for experience.
